Transcription: The taskbar is the horizontal bar running across the bottom of the desktop. You can consider this your base of operations from which you can access almost every program, document and feature of Windows 95. The start button at the far left is used to start programs and open documents. Click it to begin accessing the program, file, feature or command you want.
